EUTOPIA offers curated golf packages that may include accommodation, green fees and related services, as well as cultural events combining architecture, music, performance, theatre and other experiences (“Services”). The specific features, inclusions and conditions of each Service are described on the relevant booking or event page at the time of purchase.​

Eligibility

The Site and Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.​

Bookings, Payments and Prices

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed after receipt of full payment or any deposit specified during the booking process. Prices, taxes, fees and payment methods will be indicated at checkout and may change at any time before confirmation without prior notice.​

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and modification conditions vary depending on the selected package or event and will be displayed during booking. Failure to arrive, late arrival or early departure may be treated as a no-show and may not be eligible for refund, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.​

Event Programme and Course Access

We reserve the right to change or adjust event programmes, venues, artists, tee times or course access in case of weather, safety, operational or partner-related reasons. Where possible, an equivalent alternative will be offered; otherwise, any refunds will follow the applicable event or package policy.​

User Responsibilities

Guests and participants must comply with all local rules, golf course regulations, venue policies and reasonable instructions from staff and partners. You are responsible for any damage you cause to property, facilities or equipment during your stay or event participation.​

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, images, text, design, layout and media related to EUTOPIA events and golf experiences, is owned by or licensed to EUTOPIA and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.​

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EUTOPIA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or the Services, including delays, interruptions, or actions by third-party providers such as hotels, golf courses or performers. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.​

Personal Data and Privacy

The collection and use of personal data through the Site and in connection with the Services are governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms. By using the Site, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with those policies.​

Changes to the Terms
